North American Black Walnut Continuous Stave Style
Continuous Stave has a clean and tight grain look ideal for modern kitchen design.
Planks are 1-1/2” wide and run the full length of the panel. Edge grain is presented on
the face of the counter which highlights various and interesting characteristics in wood grain. The final product is reminiscent of Northern European kitchen design found in countries like Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. If your project has lengths greater than 12ft, it may be necessary to add (1) or more joint per stave depending on lumber availability. Continuous Stave style is perfect for custom thickness up to 6” and makes a very stable and warp resistant panel.
